Our team is studying the negative impact of the Internet on schoolchildren. It’s no secret that teenagers nowadays spend quite a lot of time surfing the internet and chatting, where, unfortunately, run into different threats, such as cyberbullying, cyberfraud, identity theft, involvement in gambling and dangerous games, incitement to suicide, propagation of extremism and terrorism. We want to let them know that they can always count on help of others and also to explain how to behave properly and safely on the Internet.

In order for us to better understand the psychology of adolescents and offer you the best ways to deal with cyberbullying as well as options for psychological support, we ask you to answer a small anonymous survey:

HELP

It is important to seek help from others, especially if the bullying has continued for some time

- Talk to your friends: they can help you tell your teacher or your parents about bullying or just feel better.
- Talk to your parents: tell them what's going on.
- Talk to your teacher or your school psychologist: tell them about the situation. If you don't want to do it where others can hear you, make an excuse to talk to the teacher about something else, like your homework, and talk in private.
